Located in the heart of Plantation, Florida - Tree City USA certified for over three decades - Plantation Terrace is close to the city shopping, banking, parks, library and four golf courses. Association premises are comprised of 4 buildings housing 137 spacious units. Renting is not permitted.
The Association is operated by a self-governing board, which among other things oversees the beautiful grounds, pool and barbecue areas.
The Association Office is open from 8 a.m. until 12 noon, Monday through Friday each week.
